Finding Contact Information

All MU undergraduate students are assigned to an academic advisor. You should have received information about your advisor when you first registered for classes or shortly after.

Once you know who your advisor is, you can contact your advisor directly to schedule an appointment and discuss what materials to bring with you. See Tips for Successful Advising Appointments to learn how to make the most of your time.

If you don't know who your assigned advisor is, you can find out by using myZou.

• Send a transcript to your MU e-mail account using the transcript feature.
• Your advisor's name will appear in kyour student cetner under "Program Advisor."
• You can find your advisor's contact information by using the Outlook directory or clicking on "details" by the advisor name.

Alternatively, you can always call the Academic Advising Unit of the division in which you are enrolled and ask for the name of your advisor.
