Degree Program Requirements

Different degrees have different sets of requirements, so make sure you know which degree you are working toward. For some degrees, courses used to meet General Education Requirements may also be used to meet degree program requirements. Often when this is allowed, however, the specific courses used to meet requirements are much more narrowly defined.

If you want to use one course to meet degree program and general education requirements, be sure to check with your advisor and/or look at the degree program guide for your major and degree.
